David De Gea becomes United highest paid player


After a long debate the David De Gea finally sign a new long term deal to his club Manchester United making him the highest paid United player on a five year deal.
According to UK Sun last week, the 28-year-old Spaniard International and Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea was set to leave Old Trafford next summer on a Free transfer in rejecting their contract offer while the Red Devil was in talk to keep him in Old Trafford with a deal of £350,000 a week which will make him the highest paid goalkeeper in the world after which his current deal with United will end this season.

Acccording to Daily Record, De Gea has made history of becoming the highest paid player in United with a deal of £13.3m a season after tax seeing him above the Frenchman Paul Pogba.

The deal has put an end in linking him to Real Madrid, Paris Saint--Germain  and Juventus.
